After the alpha, DAFE moves into closed beta. A small group of users now tests the platform day to day, helping us smooth out its rough edges.
This phase changes the nature of the work: we're no longer just building, we're listening. Every piece of real-world feedback helps us refine the experience and clarify the parts that aren't yet intuitive.
It's also when DAFE starts feeling like a product, rather than a prototype.
