This policy explains how Fialeo collects and uses the personal data of visitors to the fialeo.com website: Fialeo pages and the presentation pages of its solutions, contact and quote request forms, and e-mail exchanges.
Data processed within Fialeo’s applications is covered by each solution’s own policy, for example the DAFE privacy policy.

- Data you provide: name, e-mail address, phone number, organisation, job title, headcount, type of organisation, country and the content of your message, when you use a form or write to us;
- Technical data: IP address, browser, pages viewed, date and time of access, security logs;

No sensitive data (health, opinions, religion, origin, etc.) is requested.
Purposes and legal bases
- answering your requests for information, demonstrations, quotes or partnerships (pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest);
- keeping the website running and secure (legitimate interest);
- measuring traffic in aggregate to improve the website (consent where required by law);
- complying with our legal obligations.
Recipients
Data is intended for the Fialeo teams handling your request. It may be shared with our technical providers (hosting, e-mail), who are bound by strict confidentiality and security obligations, or with authorities upon lawful request. It is never sold or used for advertising.
Retention
Data relating to a request is kept for as long as needed to handle it and follow up on the relationship, then deleted or anonymised. Technical logs are kept for a limited period, for security purposes.
Security and transfers
Fialeo applies appropriate technical and organisational measures (TLS encryption, access control, backups). Data may be hosted in different countries; in that case Fialeo ensures a level of protection equivalent to international standards.
